Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
However, post Brexit, if you cannot see your country in the drop down menu at checkout, then I am sorry that we are not currently able to ship to you. The postage will be calculated for your destination country at checkout. The customer is responsible for any import taxes and handling fees.
How Long before i receive my order?
In stock and ready to ship items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Handmade to order items will be shipped as soon as possible and within 3-6 weeks. This allows time for any casting and/or hallmarking requirements to be fulfilled.
can i return my order?
Yes.
All jewellery is handcrafted by me, Vicky Callender and great care is taken to produce pieces of jewellery that are of fine design and yet hard-wearing. I really do hope that you will be entirely happy with your jewellery item(s) but if for any reason you wish to return your item(s), please contact us with 14 days commencing the day after receiving your order.
