PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTION
Every effort is made to give as accurate an image and description of all products as possible. All jewellery produced by Vicky Callender Jewellery is individually handcrafted and so there will inevitably be slight natural variations within any one design. This means that the jewellery you receive will not be exactly the same as featured on the site. Every effort is made to ensure that jewellery is as a close a resemblance as possible to any featured image. You will be wearing a beautiful and unique piece of ethically crafted jewellery.
PRICES
All prices on our website are quoted in pound sterling (£s)
The prices for my jewellery products will be those shown on the site at the time your order is placed.
PAYMENTS
Payment for goods, packaging and postage must be paid in full before any goods are dispatched.
Bespoke/custom orders will be paid through the website. Before I begin handcrafting your custom order, I will create a personalised bespoke order product listing, (found in the bespoke order section of our online shop) with a 50% deposit amount to be paid and I will email the link to you. After the deposit amount is paid, your listing will be updated for the final balance payable upon near completion of your order. The balance of the price together with any packaging and delivery charges will be advised to you on completion of the order by sending you a new link to your bespoke listing with the sum payable. Your bespoke handcrafted jewellery will be sent on cleared payment of the full balance due.
Orders placed via the website are managed by third party provider Stripe. Stripe transactions are processed and powered by Stripe. Stripe as a provider, is completely safe and secure and only take from you the information that is required to process your card payment safely and securely.
I cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred by you from your Credit Card company or bank in relation to processing of any order made with us. Please note that if, for any reason, your card payment is not authorised by your bank/credit card company I will not be able to proceed with your order and it will be cancelled.
A contract between you and Vicky Callender Jewellery will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Some of my jewellery, particularly one off pieces is/are in stock and ready to ship. Many of my pieces however, are handmade to order and will usually require 3-6 weeks to handcraft and hallmark, (where hallmarking is required) particularly at busier times of the year or when sending internationally. A certain amount of stock within a design will have been handcrafted and hallmarked in advance of selling and so readily available to ship as soon as possible and within 1-2 working days of purchase- this does not include weekends or bank holidays. The shipping and handling time frame may be altered and extended at busy periods to 3-5 working days. The website homepage will be updated to reflect any changes in shipping and handling times.
Please allow up to a month to receive a custom order/bespoke item within the UK. I will keep you closely informed of time frames for bespoke orders up and till completion. FREE UK SHIPPING
All jewellery is sent out via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or Special Delivery for orders over £100 in value. Both methods of shipping will require a signature upon delivery. The Royal Mail Courier should sign on your behalf during the COVID 19 pandemic. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders sent internationally are fully insured and tracked. Parcels under £250 will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. All orders over £250 in value will be sent via ParcelForce Worldwide. The postage will be calculated for your destination country at checkout. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched. The parcel postage does not include any taxes or customs charges set by the destination country. The customer is responsible for any import taxes and handling fees.
If you cannot see your country in the drop down menu at checkout, then I am sorry that we are not currently able to ship to you.

All jewellery being sent to Europe will be fully hallmarked including the International Convention CCM " Common Control Mark ".

PACKAGING
Your order will be sent in eco-friendly, recyclable, biodegradable packaging and the outer mailing will be either a bag which is reusable and fully compostable, or your order will be packed inside a cardboard mail box. Occasionally, recycled plastic tape may be used to add strength to a parcel to protect the box from being damaged in transit. The tape has been made from recycled plastic.
DELIVERY
Vicky Callender Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any taxes, charges or custom duties levied or restrictions enforced by your country, in transit or on arrival of your package- this is your sole responsibility, any fees, duties etc are payable by you.
Your ordered goods will be delivered to the address you provided at the time of purchase.
It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the delivery details you have provided are correct and accurate, and that someone is there at the address to take delivery of the goods. All contact information and delivery information must be submitted accurately and in full to guarantee that the order is dispatched to the correct address.
EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TRACKING
Please be aware that parcels being sent to Europe and internationally may take longer to be delivered. Lead times for leaving Vicky Callender Jewellery will not have changed, but once the parcel is with Royal Mail for reasons beyond ours and their control, parcels may take longer to reach their destination. Parcels may take longer to pass through the network and Customs delays are expected during the pandemic or busier times of the year.

RETURNS POLICY
All jewellery is handcrafted by me, Vicky Callender and great care is taken to produce pieces of jewellery that are of fine design and yet hard-wearing. I really do hope that you will be entirely happy with your jewellery item(s) but if for any reason you wish to return your item(s), please contact me with 14 days commencing the day after receiving your order.

POSTING YOUR RETURNS
The buyer should return goods to Vicky Callender Jewellery in their original packaging, wherever possible within 14 days of informing Vicky Callender Jewellery of the wish to cancel. Please make contact via the contact form, email or telephone to start your return.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. It is strongly advised to send the return package by Royal Mail: 1st class Special Delivery (tracked) or the nearest equivalent in the country of the returner for items over £50 or, 1st class signed for (trackable) items under £50. Vicky Callender Jewellery will not accept any responsiblilty for any loss or damage to items during transit and for this reasonVicky Callender Jewellery recommends posting items back using recorded or secure delivery method or, as above, equivalent method of each country.
In the instance of an exchange being accepted and a replacement item being sent out, outgoing postage from the workshop will be paid for by Vicky Callender Jewellery.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
The utmost care is taken with your order from start to finish and your order will be sent in a presentation box or pouch then well packed and delivered to you via Royal Mail signed for. If the packaging of your order is obviously damaged due to postal mishandling, then please, if at all possible, take photos of the damage prior to opening and then once opened take photos of any subsequent damage caused to your order. This will help me file a claim. Likewise if you believe your order to be faulty, please do get in contact with your concerns also attaching clear photos of the fault to enable me to find the best way to support you. Please contact me either via the contact form or email: [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. If your item needs to be returned your postal costs will be refunded for damaged or faulty items. Please retain your original postal receipt and proof of postage. As this will be an additional amount beyond your original order, the refund for your postage costs will be made via PayPal or via BACS refund.
General conditions of return
- Unless damaged or faulty, (see above) buyers are responsible for return postage costs. In all situations I always recommend using a tracked service.
- Do take care when packaging your item to ensure the item is received unworn and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Do reuse, if possible, the original packaging.
- Do ensure you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
Do enclose your original invoice or a note with your contact and order details and ensure it is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Personalised products are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We will however, exchange parts of your order such as chain length if these are not the right length.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received at Vicky Callender Jewellery.
All refunds will automatically go back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
